Brown Company, Inc 5029 La Mart Drive. Riverside, CA. 92507 (951) 682-5454 by the first (1st) Wednesday of each month for presentation to the Architectural Review Committee at the regularly scheduled meeting the third (3rd) Wednesday of the month. Plan Requirements: Site or Plot Plan, to scale with setbacks, showing house, sidewalks, driveway, garden walls retaining walls, and fences, dimensioned. Exterior Elevations, to scale, showing pad height, root height, materials and colors.
