Brown Company, Inc 5029 La Mart Drive. Riverside, CA. 92507 (951) 682-5454 before the regularly scheduled meeting the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month or brought to the regularly scheduled meeting and submitted during the New business segment of the meeting's agenda.

cerfity that they will comply with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) of the Canyon Crest Estates Homeowners Association, and stipulate their understanding that any approval is conceptual only an not approved to build, and that no building or construction can commence until Final Approval is obtained.
