Application Fee of $50 payable to "Canyon Crest Estate Homeowners Association" must be attached to this form
along with 2 (two) sets of plans as outlined below and be delivered or mailed postage prepaid, certified mail, return
receipt requested to the office of Weldon L. Brown Company, Inc 5029 La Mart Drive. Riverside, CA. 92507
(951) 682-5454 by the first (1st) Wednesday of each month for presentation to the Architectural Review Committee at
the regularly scheduled meeting the third (3rd) Wednesday of the month.
Plan Requirements:
- Site or Plot Plan, to scale with setbacks, showing house, sidewalks, driveway, garden walls
retaining walls, and fences, dimensioned.
- Floor plans, to scale, showing calculations of size in sq. ft.
- Exterior Elevations, to scale, showing pad height, root height, materials and colors.
- Lanscape plan, to scale, front, rear and side yards, planting locations, size of plants and planting
materials selected.
Applicants Certificate:
The undersigned applicants hereby submit for Architectural Review Committee approval of the attached plans and
cerfity that they will comply with the covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) of the Canyon Crest Estates Homeowners Association, and stipulate their understanding taht any approval is conceptual only an not approved to build, and that no building or construction can commence until Final Approval is obtained.
